Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to make a submission to this journal. All submissions will be assessed by an editor to determine whether they meet the aims and scope of this journal. Those considered to be a good fit will be sent for peer review before determining whether they will be accepted or rejected.

Before making a submission, authors are responsible for obtaining permission to publish any material included with the submission, such as photos, documents and datasets. All authors identified on the submission must consent to be identified as an author. Where appropriate, research should be approved by an appropriate ethics committee in accordance with the legal requirements of the study's country.

An editor may desk reject a submission if it does not meet minimum standards of quality. Before submitting, please ensure that the study design and research argument are structured and articulated properly. The title should be concise and the abstract should be able to stand on its own. This will increase the likelihood of reviewers agreeing to review the paper. When you're satisfied that your submission meets this standard, please follow the checklist below to prepare your submission.

To ensure a smooth and efficient review and publication process, please adhere to the following guidelines when preparing your manuscript.

1. Manuscript Submission

  1. Online Submission: Manuscripts must be submitted through the journal’s online submission system at [insert submission link].
  2. Cover Letter: A cover letter must be included, briefly explaining the significance of the work and confirming that the manuscript is not under consideration elsewhere.

2. Manuscript Preparation

  1. Language: Manuscripts must be written in clear, concise English or [other language if applicable]. Authors whose native language is not English are encouraged to have their manuscripts professionally edited before submission.
  2. Format: Manuscripts should be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
  3. Other: Including references, tables, and figures (optional). ures.

3. Structure of the Manuscript

  1. Title Page:
    • Title of the manuscript
    • Full names, affiliations, and email addresses of all authors
    • Corresponding author’s contact information
  1. Abstract:
    • A concise summary of the manuscript (150-250 words)
    • Should include the purpose, methods, results, and conclusions
  1. Keywords:
    • Up to five keywords that reflect the content of the manuscript
  1. Main Text:
    • Introduction
    • Materials and Methods
    • Results
    • Discussion
    • Conclusions
  1. Acknowledgments: (if applicable)
    • Recognize individuals or organizations that provided assistance or funding
  1. References:
    • Follow the IEEE style for references
    • Ensure all references are cited in the text and vice versa
  1. Tables and Figures:
    • Include tables and figures at the end of the manuscript or in separate files
    • Each table and figure must have a title and be numbered consecutively

4. Ethical Considerations

  1. Authorship: All authors must have significantly contributed to the research. The corresponding author must ensure that all co-authors approve the final version of the manuscript.
  2. Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
  3. Plagiarism: Manuscripts must be original and not plagiarized. All sources must be appropriately cited.
  4. Ethical Approval: Research involving human participants or animals must have ethical approval, and a statement to this effect must be included in the manuscript.

5. Review Process

  1. Initial Check: The editorial team will perform an initial check for compliance with submission guidelines and relevance to the journal's scope.
  2. Peer Review: Manuscripts that pass the initial check will undergo a double-blind peer review process by at least two independent reviewers.
  3. Decision: Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the editorial team will make a decision:
    • Accept
    • Minor revisions
    • Major revisions
    • Reject

6. Revision and Resubmission

  1. Revisions: Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts based on reviewer comments. Revised manuscripts must be resubmitted within the specified time frame.
  2. Response to Reviewers: A detailed response to the reviewers’ comments must be provided, indicating how each comment was addressed.

7. Publication

  1. Proofreading: Authors will receive proofs of their manuscripts for final review before publication.
  2. Online Publication: Once finalized, the manuscript will be published online and will be freely accessible to readers worldwide.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
